Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you (as well as some VS points so make sure to sign up its free)
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER AND MAKE GLORIOUS GAINS ?
Most of our customers receive their orders within 1-3 business days.
However due to logistics and freight if your parcel is over 5kg/10lbs, parcels usually arrive within 3-5 business days and can be tracked.
CAN I SEE WHERE MY ORDER IS ?
Ya sure can! We attach a tracking number with every order fulfilled to ensure you can check up on your parcel at anytime

I HAVE OBTAINED ENOUGH POINTS TO REDEEM A DISCOUNT HOW DO I DO THIS ?
You can redeem your discount both via in-store purchase or online, a discount code will be sent to your email and upon check out, simply enter your discount code in the "Discount" section and your code will be applied.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our business we are more than happy to return any UNOPENED product 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.
However if you happen to purchase a product and the not totally agree with the taste we CAN NOT guarantee a refund.
In short and simple... if you go to woolies and buy a yogurt and dislike the taste you cannot give it back, unless proof of damage / pierced seal etc. Same goes with us!
WHAT ABOUT A REFUND?
Sure we offer refunds! Once again if the product is UNOPENED and purchase was made less than 30 DAYS PRIOR we will be more than happy to give you a full refund! Be sure to bring your receipt!
